I am THRILLED to finnaaalllyyy be offering a practice that has been calling to me for some time. Exercise, dance and movement offer an amazing opportunity to FEEL: more connected, grounded, and just joyful overall… the need to literally usher out some of the more intense, dense, and stagnant energies that accumulate within is NECESSARY. This dream (of mine) class includes a guided stretch, some conditioning and a dance movement, breath, and tapping sequence that is followed by a short individual & group Reiki healing session (it is so fun to receive a healing following a nice lil’ endorphin boost!). Throw on your fav workout wear, grab your yoga mat/water bottle and meet me IN PERSON for the best RESET possible! *Class size is VERY limited & pre-registration is required (first come, first served basis).
