ABOUT ME

Having a child is most definitely a life-changer for any new parent and for me, this change went beyond the lack of sleep, addition of dirty diapers, and the responsibility that comes with holding the title of "Mommy." The birth of my daughter (& a trying time that my hubby and I were experiencing) inspired me to want more, do better, and to seek out my true self and path in this lifetime.

I have always found true joy through helping others and knew that this "new" path would include more of that. Discovering Reiki opened a door for me to assist people on a whole new level. Continuing my education in Karuna Reiki®, Angel Reiki, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques aka tapping), A Course in Miracles, Oracle & Tarot Card reading, and studying crystals has deepened my connection with Source and amplified the power of my healing sessions. 

I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, Karuna Reiki® Master/Teacher, an EFT with the Source Technique Master Practitioner, a graduate of the IMPART Certification Program for Professional Healers, and have been practicing & teaching classes for 10 years.

As our family grew, so did my goals and dreams to share these beautiful healing modalities. In addition to in-person and distance healing sessions, I now offer group guided meditations & healing sessions, mindful movement classes for littles, and a dance~fitness~Reiki hybrid. Reiki classes have expanded to include Parent & Me Reiki, Reiki for Kids, and Reiki for Practical Use. I just love it allllll!
