Higashi Healing’s Family Movement Experience is a heart-centered class designed to reconnect your family through joyful movement, mindful practices, and soulful healing. In this fully customizable session, Nicole will guide your family through a blend of stretching, conditioning, dance movement, and yoga. You can also choose to include healing elements such as EFT (tapping), affirmations, Reiki energy, and sound healing — based on what your family is currently navigating. This experience is more than just movement. It’s a chance to release stuck energy, open lines of communication, and deepen your connection as a family. Walk away feeling grounded, refreshed, and more in tune with yourselves — and each other.
